Conveyancers and mortgage lenders may request a Tax Certificate from Bowen Island Municipality for properties on Bowen Island. There is a fee of $30.00 for each Certificate, payable upon receipt.

Please submit your request on your company's letterhead, including property information such as civic address and PID to:

Please allow up to two business days to receive the Tax Certificate.

Please send your $30 payment by cheque to Bowen Island Municipality, 981 Artisan Lane, Bowen Island, BC, V0N1G2.
