for DVP-04-2017 (1174 Miller Road)

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
A Development Variance Permit application has been submitted for 1174 Miller Road (shown on map) to reduce the required rear and side yard setbacks and to reduce the required parking.

Variance would allow the expansion of an existing cabin at the rear of 1174 Miller further into the required setbacks. Variance would also allow expansion to occur without triggering the need to provide an on-site parking space.

The application may be viewed at Municipal Hall between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays).
