Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a member of the senior management team and is responsible for the supervision, planning, organizing, direction and control of the Finance Department, and for the efficient and effective administration of all Municipal financial affairs.
