There will be a Public Hearing on July 12, 2021 about proposed amendments to the Land Use Bylaw.
The proposed amendments include:
- changes to various land use definitions
- changes to exceptions for buildings and structures that can be built in setbacks
- home occupation regulations for auto repair
- changes to the way building heights are calculated
- and more
